Most people are uncomfortable with tension. In ministry, it gets even tougher.  Because when disagreements arise, they’re often rooted in deep convictions and emotions. However, avoiding tension only breeds an unhealthy culture.

It sounds counterintuitive, but tension will actually stretch your team and help move you toward clarity. The trick is learning how to go on the offensive without being offensive. Catch that?
